Matt is senior counsel whose practice focuses on corporate and general business, commercial real estate and real/commercial collections. While attending the University of Notre Dame School of Law, Matt taught Western Civilization Literature in the College of Arts and Letters. Matt was honored with a top ten percentile rating by the vote of his undergraduate students. Throughout Matt’s forty-two year legal career, he has represented corporate, commercial and partnership clients in a wide variety of business transactions and litigation, including numerous trials in the State and Federal Courts. He thoroughly enjoys the privilege of representing his clients in business and commercial transactions.
