Troy is a partner and dedicated elder law attorney with a focus on estate planning, Medicaid planning, guardianships, probate estate administration, and special needs trusts. He is passionate about offering peace and comfort to families in their later years, striving to preserve assets and maintain family harmony during difficult times. Troy’s approach to law is deeply influenced by his family-centered upbringing, inspiring him to address the unique needs of the elderly.
His commitment extends beyond his practice; he actively contributes his time and skill to the community through the Volunteer Lawyer Program, the Fort Wayne Community Center, and by serving as the President of the Town Council of Larwill, Indiana. Troy is a recurring guest on PBS Fort Wayne’s Life Ahead and also a contributor to Allen County’s Senior Life Newspaper.
Troy enjoys spending time with his grandson, raising chickens, and riding his Harley. He and his wife, Danielle, live in downtown Larwill, Indiana. His diverse interests and background not only make him a skilled attorney but also render him approachable to both clients and professionals alike.
