Bill is a Special Counsel whose practice is devoted to municipal law, municipal finance law, construction law, and labor law. Bill served as a Chief Deputy County Attorney from 1977 through 1984 and as the Allen County Attorney from 1984 through 2023. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and ABA Forum on The Construction Industry. In the past, Bill was selected by his peers as one of Indiana’s Best Lawyers for Construction Law. He is also a registered civil mediator concentrating in municipal and construction alternative dispute resolution (ADR). With over forty years of experience, Bill can help those looking to resolve their disputes before filing suit or before trial.
